Hilary Korman concentrates her practice in all areas of consumer finance litigation, compliance, and commercial litigation. She represents major financial institutions, collection agencies, law firms, non-bank lenders, FinTech platforms, businesses, and purchasers of distressed receivables in state, federal, administrative, regulatory, bankruptcy, and class actions.
As a member of Blank Rome’s consumer financial services team, Hilary counsels her clients on a variety of consumer finance litigation matters, including disputes under TILA, RICO, TCPA, RESPA, FCRA, ECOA, FDCPA, state law UDAP claims, and a variety of common law claims.
Hilary also handles litigation involving real estate disputes, landlord-tenant issues, breach of fiduciary duty claims, business divorces, and civil rights/Title IX matters.
During law school, Hilary served as vice president of media for the Media, Entertainment, and Sports Law Association and was a member of Phi Alpha Delta, a professional law fraternity.
Outside the Firm
Hilary is an avid participant of the firm's co-ed softball team.
