Anna E. Currier

Biography

Anna represents clients in all aspects of corporate and commercial litigation, including breach of fiduciary duty and corporate governance claims, business and contract disputes, employment matters, and class actions. Anna has experience handling a wide range of complex disputes in both state and federal courts, as well as in alternative dispute resolution. Anna also maintains an active pro bono practice.

Prior to joining the firm, Anna served as a deputy attorney general in the civil and criminal divisions of the Delaware Department of Justice where she represented state agencies and employees in civil litigation matters in state and federal court as well as prosecuted felony criminal cases in Delaware Superior Court.

During law school, Anna served as the senior note and comment editor of The American University Business Law Review and was a member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society.

Outside the Firm

In her downtime, Anna enjoys spending time with her friends and family and rooting for Philadelphia sports teams.
