Blank Rome represented Victor Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity firm that invests in branded businesses in the industrial, consumer, and services sectors, in its acquisition of the assets of W.S. Molnar Co., a Michigan corporation, and manufacturer of SlipNOT®, an all metal, slip-resistant surface that is created through a proprietary manufacturing process, and certain related real estate assets in Detroit, Michigan. The Blank Rome team was led by Thomas Cournoyer, Jeffrey Rosenfeld, Matt Altomare, Jake Brownstein, Mary Burgoyne, Peg Hill, Linsey Bozzelli, Kevin Baum, Adam Sansweet, Joe Gulant and Gary Goldenberg and included numerous multidisciplinary attorneys and professionals from across many of the Firm’s offices who provided significant support. The transaction closed on December 18, 2020.
