Blank Rome Represents SP Industries in Its $445M Sale to ATS Automation Tooling Systems Inc.
A Blank Rome team represented SP Industries, Inc. (“SP”), a portfolio company of longstanding firm client, Harbour Group, in connection with its $445 million sale to ATS Automation Tooling Systems Inc. (“ATS”), an industry-leading automation solutions provider. The transaction closed on December 3, 2021.
SP Industries is a leading global designer and manufacturer of high-grade biopharma processing equipment, life sciences equipment, and lab apparatus products.
