Blank Rome LLP represented SHF, Inc., an affiliate of a long-standing firm client, in its acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Stainless Hose Fittings, Ltd. (“SHF”). SHF is a distributor of stainless adaptors, fluid power fittings, instrumentation fittings, and valves. As a supplier of repair and maintenance parts to a variety of end markets, including marine, industrial, chemical, and oil and gas, SHF stocks high-quality, hard-to-find parts in metric and imperial sizes. The company is headquartered in Pasadena, Texas. The Blank Rome team was led by Ken Morrow, Saminaz Akhter and Elaine Scivetti, with support from Nathan Brill, Casey Klein, Brooke Iley, Shawn Wright, George Boggs, Jon Grossman, Jonathan Clark, Cory Jacobs, Jeffrey Rosenfeld, Bradford Craig, Alix Udelson, Rick O’Neill, Mary Ann Knoeckel, Asima Ahmad, Kendra Merchant, Andrae Nelson, John Adkins and Jonathan England.
