Blank Rome represented FragranceNet.com, an online retailer of perfumes, skincare and related beauty products, in its sale to B&S Group, a global distributor of consumer goods. The Blank Rome team was led by Shaun Snitman, Linsey Bozzelli, Inna Zaltsman and Brock Wittmeyer, and included Yelena Barychev, Mark Blondman, Joshua Broderson, Lisa Campisi, Barry Friedman, Cory Jacobs, Michael Kadlec, David Kuchinos, Alan Lieblich, David Perry, Jeffrey Rosenfeld and Nicole Vorrasi. The transaction closed on October 29, 2018.
