Blank Rome represented Electro-Miniatures Corp., a leading manufacturer of slip rings for military applications and satellites headquartered in Moonachie, NJ, in its sale to The Schleifring Group. The Blank Rome team was led by Louis Rappaport, Inna Zaltsman and Brock Wittmeyer, and included, Mark Blondman, George Boggs, Lisa Casey Spaniel, Erin Coppock, Cory Jacobs, Meredith Mill, Andrew Rudolph and Frank Tamulonis. The transaction closed in December 2020.
