John W. Louros

John concentrates his practice on finance, restructuring, and bankruptcy matters, including cash-flow and asset-based lending, securitizations and structured finance, and other commercial lending transactions.

John previously worked as an intern in the Investment Adviser/Investment Company Examination Program at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. He was also a judicial extern for the Honorable Nicholas Tsoucalas of the U.S. Court of International Trade and a judicial intern for the Honorable Joel H. Slomsky of the U.S. District Court of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

During law school, John served as president of the Student Bar Association and participated in the CityLaw Journal.
