Blank Rome Welcomes New Corporate Associate in New York
Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Victoria L. LaMura-Finnerty has joined the firm’s New York office in the Corporate, M&A, and Securities practice group, which continues to grow following the addition of nearly 20 attorneys to its national team over the past two years.
Victoria has 10 years of experience in the securities industry targeting financial sector regulatory agencies, and focuses her practice on a wide range of corporate and securities matters. She has notable experience in conceiving, obtaining consensus on, and executing compliance strategies for special projects, as well as strengthening internal controls and processes with change management efforts around best practices of regulatory and industry requirements.
Admitted to practice in New York, Victoria received her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, and her B.A. from Clark University. Victoria previously served as an associate director of global equities compliance at an American multinational financial services company, a compliance director of global wealth management at an American multinational investment bank and financial services company, and as a market surveillance special counsel at the New York Stock Exchange.
