Blank Rome Welcomes New Consumer Finance Associate in Fort Lauderdale

Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Pierre G. Mina has joined the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office in the Financial Institutions Litigation and Regulatory Compliance (“FILARC”) practice group, which recently welcomed partner R. Andrew Arculin, and associates Alice M. Hodsden and Paula Vigo Marqués.

Pierre joins Blank Rome from Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. He focuses his practice on representing lenders, loan servicers, and creditors in contested foreclosures, commercial litigation, and legal proceedings. He has notable experience handling all stages of civil litigation from demand through trial and post-judgment enforcement actions, as well as handling all aspects of negotiation and alternative dispute resolution.

As a member of the firm's FILARC group, Pierre works on a variety of consumer finance litigation matters, including disputes under TILA, RESPA, FCRA, ECOA, and FDCPA, state law UDAP claims, and a variety of common law claims.

Admitted to practice in Florida, Pierre received his J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law, and his B.S. from Wayne State University.
