Blank Rome Welcomes New Consumer Finance Associate in Cincinnati

Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Robert L. Dawson has joined the firm’s Cincinnati office in the Financial Institutions Litigation and Regulatory Compliance (“FILARC”) practice group, which recently welcomed partner R. Andrew Arculin and associates Daniel V. Funaro, Pierre G. Mina, Alice M. Hodsden, and Paula Vigo Marqués.

Robert joins Blank Rome from Zwicker & Associates P.C. He focuses his practice on managing litigation operations for various large financial lenders in consumer and commercial recovery matters. He has notable experience administrating active litigation cases from initial demand to post-judgment recovery efforts. As a member of the firm's FILARC group, Robert works on a variety of consumer finance litigation matters, including disputes under TILA, RESPA, FCRA, ECOA, and FDCPA, state law UDAP claims, and a variety of common law claims.

Admitted to practice in Kentucky, New York, Ohio, and West Virginia, Robert received his J.D. cum laude from Northern Kentucky University, Salmon P. Chase College of Law, and his B.A. from the University of Rochester.
