Robert L. Dawson concentrates his practice on managing litigation operations for various large financial lenders in consumer and commercial recovery matters.

Robert has notable experience administrating active litigation cases from initial demand to post-judgment recovery efforts, conducting trials and court hearings, drafting litigation documents for all phases of litigation, and protecting clients’ interests in foreclosure actions.

As a member of the firm's FILARC group, Robert works on a variety of consumer financial services litigation matters, including disputes under TILA, RESPA, FCRA, ECOA, and FDCPA, state law UDAP claims, and a variety of common law claims.

Robert also has extensive experience working with creditor’s rights law, general corporate law, and commercial real estate law.
