Blank Rome Represents Intricon Corporation in Its $241M Take-Private Acquisition by Altaris Capital Partners

A Blank Rome team represented longstanding firm client Intricon Corporation, an international joint development manufacturer engaged in designing, developing, engineering, manufacturing, and packaging miniature interventional, implantable, and body-worn medical devices, in its $241 million take-private acquisition by Altaris Capital Partners, an investment firm focused exclusively on the healthcare industry. The transaction closed on May 24, 2022.
