Andrew T. Hambelton

Biography

Andrew Hambelton concentrates his practice in complex commercial litigation, securities litigation, and investigations. He represents a diverse range of individual and institutional clients in all phases of litigation in state and federal courts in such matters as:

  • shareholder derivative actions
  • breach of fiduciary duty claims against officers and directors, including those seeking to enjoin mergers and acquisitions and other corporate action
  • securities fraud
  • mortgage fraud
  • complex contract disputes

While in law school, Andrew served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Arlene R. Lindsay of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
