Biography
Rebecca Kuritzkes concentrates her practice on representing private and public clients in general corporate and transactional matters, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions of U.S.-based and international entities.
Rebecca has notable experience drafting and negotiating corporate and transactional documents, leading transactional due diligence efforts, and advising clients in matters regarding private equity offerings.
During law school, Rebecca was the executive online editor of the Wake Forest Law Review and a member of the Moot Court Board. Rebecca also served as the pro bono project coordinator for the Prison Letters Project, assisting inmates with vital legal research. Prior to working as an attorney, Rebecca was a marketing and communications professional.
Outside the Firm
Rebecca enjoys deep sea fishing, gardening, and traveling with her husband James.
