Biography
Kaitlyn M. West concentrates her practice on commercial real estate matters, with a focus on acquisitions, dispositions, commercial leasing, and financing.
Kaitlyn has experience in multifamily financing and affordable housing, representing lenders in closing commercial real estate loans through the Fannie Mae Delegated Underwriting & Servicing and Freddie Mac Seller-Servicer programs.
Kaitlyn previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Judge Mary Bennet Malveaux at the Court of Appeals of Virginia. During law school, she served as an articles editor for the University of Richmond Law Review.
