Frank Spadafino

Biography

Frank Spadafino serves as Blank Rome’s Chief Information Officer. In this role, Frank leads firm-wide information technology, information governance, risk management/new business intake, information security, and data analytics operations and initiatives. He works closely with leadership, practice groups, industry teams, and business professionals to ensure these efforts support the firm’s strategic commitment to innovation, high performance, and best-in-class client service. Frank is vice chair of the firm’s Technology Committee and is a member of the Well-Being Committee.

Frank has served as Chief Information Officer and held various roles in both the legal and investment banking industries with broad responsibilities in several functional areas of the business. With 30 years of experience successfully managing all aspects of global information systems, he has developed a unique perspective and deep understanding of the criteria needed to implement an effective information management and security strategy, successfully execute initiatives that support business goals, and establish an operational framework that delivers outstanding client service in the most efficient and effective means possible. 

Frank received his M.B.A. in Information Systems from Baruch College and his B.A. in Economics from the State University of New York at Albany. He is also committed to continual learning, most recently achieving a graduate certificate in Business Data Analytics from the Wharton Executive Education program.
