Emily Osofsky

Biography

Emily Osofsky concentrates her practice on a broad range of finance, restructuring, and bankruptcy matters. Emily has transaction experience and provides counsel in the following areas:

  • Commercial lending and asset-based financing
  • Working capital and acquisition financing
  • Cash flow financing
  • Secured transactions

Prior to joining Blank Rome, Emily served as a legal extern for the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Division, Office of Vaccine Litigation as well as a judicial intern for the Honorable Jeannie J. Hong of the Baltimore City Circuit Court.

During law school, Emily was the editor in chief of the Administrative Law Review and was a Dean’s Fellow for the Legal Rhetoric department.
