Biography
Dylan concentrates his practice on finance, restructuring, and bankruptcy matters.
He is experienced handling a broad range of business matters, including drafting and negotiating purchase documents in connection with M&A transactions and subscription agreements on behalf of both investors and companies. Dylan also has experience forming and providing counsel to start-up companies, including drafting organizational documents and advising founders on various topics ranging from employment matters to obtaining funding.
During law school, Dylan served as a legal intern for a multinational technology and entertainment company and a judicial intern for the Honorable James E. d’Auguste of the New York Supreme Court, Civil Branch. He was also a staff editor of the New York Law School Law Review and a teaching fellow for the Academic Success Program.
