Biography
Donald Slater, Jr. concentrates his practice on a wide range of corporate, mergers, and acquisitions, as well as securities matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Donald served as an associate at a Boston-based law firm, where he worked as a summer associate and law clerk during law school. His passion for bankruptcy and restructurings was piqued while previously serving as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Frank J. Bailey (Ret.) at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts. Additionally, Donald was a staff and editorial board member of the Journal of High Technology Law for Suffolk University Law School.
Outside the Firm
As a former collegiate athlete (UConn Football), Donald enjoys keeping up with his favorite professional sports teams and traveling. As a former professional esports athlete, Donald also enjoys attending esports events and coaching youth esports teams.
