Andrea Roberts concentrates her practice on various litigation matters, including consumer financial services litigation, real estate litigation, and contested residential foreclosure litigation. Andrea has extensive experience in conducting trials and traverse hearings, appeals, arguing motions in federal and state courts, representing clients at CPLR 3408 settlement and pre-trial conferences, and drafting and answering pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
As a member of the firm's Financial Institutions Litigation and Regulatory Compliance (“FILARC”) group, Andrea works on a variety of consumer financial services litigation matters, including disputes under TILA, RESPA, FCRA, ECOA, and FDCPA, state law UDAP claims, and a variety of common law claims.
While in law school, Andrea was a member of the Pace International Law Review, and a judicial intern for the Honorable Anita Florio of the New York Supreme Court, Second Department.
