Blank Rome’s Lawrence F. Flick II Elected to SFNet Executive Committee for 2022
Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that the firm’s vice chairman Lawrence F. Flick, II was elected to the Secured Finance Network (“SFNet”) Executive Committee for 2022, which is comprised of key leaders who will guide the association, make policy decisions, confirm new members, and provide thought leadership in advocacy and education on behalf of the international secured finance industry trade group. The 2022 Executive Committee was installed on October 1, 2021.

SFNet is the international trade group of the asset-based lending, factoring, and supply chain finance industry, with nearly 300 member organizations located throughout the United States, Canada, and around the world. SFNet provides education, networking, and industry advocacy on behalf of the commercial finance community. SFNet’s Executive Committee is elected by its Member Board of Directors and made up of representatives from each member company in the secured finance industry, ranging from large financial institutions to entrepreneurial lenders and factors as well as attorneys, appraisal firms, and restructuring firms.
