Jillian Zvolensky Named 2021 Secured Finance Network 40 Under 40 Award Winner
Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that associate Jillian R. Zvolensky has been named a winner of the Secured Finance Network’s 2021 40 Under 40 Awards in the Legal Services category. In receiving this award, Jillian joins Blank Rome attorneys Samir Ahuja, Shadi Enos Jahangir, Heather Sonnenberg, and Kevin O’Malley, who are all past 40 Under 40 honorees. Recipients of this notable honor are recognized as the “future of the secured finance community” and were selected based on excellence in their careers, strong voice and commitment to their profession and the industry at large, and participation in community service and trade groups.
This year’s 40 Under 40 winners will be honored in the September issue of The Secured Lender and celebrated at a hybrid live/virtual event on September 9, 2021.
At Blank Rome, Jillian concentrates her practice on finance, business restructuring, and bankruptcy matters across a wide range of industries. She has significant transaction experience in acquisition and leveraged buyout financing; asset based financing; cash flow financing; secured transactions; and restructurings, reorganizations and workouts. Jillian previously served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Mary L. Cooper of the Federal District Court for the District of New Jersey, and served as the executive editor for professional articles for the Review of Banking & Financial Law.
