Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Raymond J. Wilson has joined the firm’s Philadelphia office as an associate in the Corporate, M&A, and Securities practice group, which recently welcomed senior counsel A. Kelly Williams in Houston, as well as of counsel Donald G. Ainscow and associate Rebecca R. Kuritzkes in Dallas. Raymond joins Blank Rome from Hogan Lovells.
Raymond concentrates his practice on a wide range of corporate matters, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions. He has notable experience representing domestic and international private and public companies, and private equity firms. He works closely with clients to execute complex business transactions across industry sectors, including in technology, manufacturing, life sciences, and healthcare.
Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, Raymond received his J.D., cum laude, from Temple University Beasley School of Law, and his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania. Raymond currently serves on Roman Catholic High School’s Board of Trustees.
