Blank Rome Attorneys Join Leadership Council on Legal Diversity 2018 Fellows and Pathfinder Programs

Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that associates Domingo Manuel LLagostera, Melissa Fundora Murphy, and Victoria Ortega have been selected to join the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (“LCLD”) 2018 Fellows and Pathfinder programs.

Domingo has been named a Fellow for the 2018 Fellows Program, created to identify, train, and advance the next generation of leaders in the legal profession. Each Fellow embarks on a learning program that includes in-person conferences, training in the fine points of legal practice, peer group projects to foster collaboration and build relationships, and extensive contact with LCLD’s top leadership.

Melissa and Victoria have been named Pathfinders for the 2018 Pathfinder Program, designed to provide diverse, high-potential, early career attorneys with practical tools for developing and leveraging professional networks, leadership skills, and career development strategies. Each Pathfinder benefits from a learning program that includes in-person meetings, online experiential learning, conversations with LCLD Fellows, and peer networking opportunities.

“We are proud of Domingo, Melissa, and Victoria for their commitment to enhancing diversity initiatives within our Firm as well as their commitment to their own professional growth,” said Christopher A. Lewis, Chief Officer of Diversity and Inclusion. “As a LCLD member organization, we will continue to partner with LCLD in its mission of helping a new and more diverse generation of attorneys ascend to positions of leadership.”

Blank Rome’s most recent LCLD Fellows include partners Mayling C. Blanco (2017) and Michael Kim (2016), and our most recent LCLD Pathfinders include associates Melanie S. Carter and Megan Renee Wood (2017). For a full list of our LCLD Fellows and Pathfinders, please visit Blank Rome’s Attorneys of Color Affinity Group page.
