Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Caroline Powell Donelan, a partner in the Firm’s nationally recognized Labor & Employment practice group, has been named to the Daily Journal’s 2020 Top 40 Under 40 in California.

Caroline’s published profile by the Daily Journal notably highlights her talent for serving as an “inside-outside” counsel for her employer-side labor and employment clients, acting as a trusted adviser to her clients’ businesses in the “Age of Covid” and managing the risk-benefit analyses and many uncertainties that the pandemic has brought across all industries. She also discusses her counsel on workplace investigations and employment litigation, including California class and representative actions and individual sexual harassment claims, for one of the Firm’s largest clients and its subsidiaries as well as her own experience in navigating the new workplace environment during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Based in Blank Rome’s Los Angeles office, Caroline focuses her practice on providing advice and defense counsel in all areas of employment law compliance and litigation, including wage and hour class and representative actions, wrongful termination/retaliation, discrimination, harassment, trade secret disputes, data protection, and alleged fiduciary breaches. In addition to her proactive risk management practice that focuses on the wide variety of employment issues that her clients face, she provides transactional support and advice on stock and asset purchase agreements, including buy- and sell-side due diligence and executive agreements.
