Blank Rome Intellectual Property Partners Recognized in World Trademark Review Global Leaders 2022
Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that intellectual property partners Matthew A. Homyk, Timothy D. Pecsenye, and David M. Perry, who serves as co-chair of the firm’s Intellectual Property practice, were listed in World Trademark Review (“WTR”) Global Leaders 2022, an annual directory that recognizes the world’s “foremost law firm and corporate trademark experts.”
Now in its fourth year of publication, WTR Global Leaders draws on its market-leading research projects—WTR 1000 and WTR 300—to identify the “best of the best in trademark practice” allowing "the wider community to benefit from their insight, experience, and perspectives."
To qualify for inclusion, individuals must be ranked in the gold tier of the WTR 1000, an annual directory in which Blank Rome’s IP practice and attorneys have been annually ranked for twelve consecutive years, with the publication noting:
"Insightful on global trademark strategy, the professionals at Blank Rome prosecute, manage, enforce and license rights with a razor-sharp commercial instinct, which resonates with everyone from Fortune 500s to dynamic emerging brands. A number of its top specialists are based in Pennsylvania, including Timothy Pecsenye, David Perry, Zachary Aria and Matthew Homyk, each of whom bring something special to the table. Pecsenye is a one-stop shop for brand owners, but is highly prized for his contentious prowess; Perry co-chairs the IP and technology practice and has leadership qualities in abundance; Aria’s sophisticated negotiation and counselling skills are put to great use on transactional IP matters; and Homyk is adept at handling intersectional technology and brand issues, leveraging fine-grained patent and trademark knowledge."
