Blank Rome represented a portfolio company of Gladstone Investment Corporation in its acquisition of the assets of Fairhaven Group, Inc. and the member interest of Gum Drop Cases, LLC. Pioneer Square Brands designs and markets premium mobile technology bags and cases sold primarily to the K-12 education market. Pioneer Square will continue to operate the respective brands of Fairhaven and Gumdrop separately.
