Blank Rome represented Gladstone Investment Corporation in the sale of its portfolio company, Frontier Packaging, Inc., to Gen Cap America. Gladstone Investment Corporation initially provided a debt and equity investment in Frontier in 2012 and during the term of its investment developed a strong relationship with Frontier’s management team to help further position Frontier, based in Tukwila, WA, as a market-leading provider of packaging materials to the fish processing industry across the Pacific Northwest and Alaska. The transaction closed on December 24, 2020 and the financial terms were not disclosed.
