Blank Rome Represents DRA Advisors in $908.5 Million Acquisition of Industrial Portfolio
A Blank Rome team represented DRA Advisors LLC, an investment advisor specializing in real estate investment and management services, in the $908.5 million acquisition of a 16.3mm sf industrial portfolio consisting of 81 properties across 17 markets from Sealy & Company, a real estate investment and operating firm. The Blank Rome team was led by Martin Luskin and Dayna Finkelstein with assistance from Ashley Fleishman, Ryan Craig, Jackson Gayle, Thomas Margiano, Ross Coe, Saloni Patel, Anne Kunz, Irina Kebreau, and Elaine Scivetti. The transaction closed on December 12, 2019.
