A Blank Rome team represented Clarivate PLC (NYSE:CLVT), a British analytics firm headquartered in London, in connection with the $302.5M sale of its subsidiary domain management business MarkMonitor™ to U.S. web developer Newfold Digital. The transaction was announced in September 2022 and closed on November 1, 2022.
