Blank Rome Represents Brook & Whittle in Its Acquisition of Paradigm Label
A Blank Rome team represented Brook & Whittle, a leading provider of sustainable pressure sensitive and shrink sleeve prime labels, in its acquisition of Paradigm Label, one of the largest custom label manufacturers in California. Brook & Whittle is majority-owned by private equity firm Genstar Capital. The transaction closed on December 30, 2021.
