Samantha L. Kovalyak

Biography

Samantha Kovalyak concentrates her practice on general and employment litigation.

Prior to joining Blank Rome, Samantha served as an associate at a boutique law firm where she focused her practice on employment litigation, assisting clients on various issues pertaining to employment discrimination, non-compete agreements, wage disputes, securities fraud, defamation, breach of contract, wrongful discharge, and intentional interference with contractual relations.

Samantha also previously served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Valarie Costanzo at the Washington County Court of Common Pleas and as a litigation law clerk for the City of Pittsburgh’s Department of Law. Upon law school graduation, Samantha was inducted into The Order of Barristers.

Outside the Firm

Samantha enjoys being an active member of the community and volunteering with organizations like Allegheny Cleanways and the Downtown Beautification Project, as well as spending time with family and friends, running, and tending to her cat, Boots.
