Rachel L. Cohn

Biography

Rachel concentrates her practice on complex corporate and commercial litigation matters. She has a broad range of experience representing clients in commercial disputes including breach of contract, business torts, partner and shareholder disputes, real estate, antitrust, commodities, class action, trusts and estates, and employment matters across a variety of industries. Rachel has represented businesses and individuals in state and federal courts, arbitrations, and mediations. She has experience taking cases to trial and negotiating complex settlements.

Rachel is a member of the firm’s Recruiting and Retention Committee and has been a mentor to summer associates through the firm’s summer associate program.

During law school, Rachel was a Thurgood Marshall Scholar and a member of the Public Contract Law Journal, and worked as a legal intern at the Federal Communications Commission.
