Robyn Michaelson is an associate in Blank Rome’s policyholder-only insurance recovery practice. Robyn represents corporate policyholders in complex insurance disputes, and handles civil actions encompassing various insurance coverage issues.
She successfully presented an oral argument to New York’s Environmental Control Board on behalf of a client, and secured a complete dismissal of the 19 charges of alleged violations against the client.
Previously, Robyn interned with various state and federal courts and prosecutors’ offices.
During law school, Robyn served on the executive board of the Brendan Moore Trial Advocacy Center where she competed in national mock trial competitions. She also served as an associate editor of the Fordham International Law Journal and volunteered with WomensLaw.org, a project of the National Network to End Domestic Violence.
