Lawrence (“Lorenzo”) Thomas concentrates his practice on a broad range of finance, restructuring, and bankruptcy matters.

Prior to being an associate at Blank Rome, Lorenzo served as a law clerk in the firm’s Finance, Restructuring, and Bankruptcy group.

Lorenzo previously served as an extern for the Governor’s Office of General Counsel in Philadelphia.

Outside the Firm

Lorenzo enjoys rock climbing, fishing, and board games. He is an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Penguins, Pittsburgh Steelers, and amateur wrestling.
