Hagop Nazarian concentrates his practice on corporate finance, restructuring, and bankruptcy matters.
He previously held roles as a judicial extern to the Honorable Victoria S. Kaufman of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California and also as head of business development and technology for a California-based subrogation company.
During law school, Hagop served as an executive editor and staff editor of the UC Irvine Law Review, intern to the U.N. Special Rapporteur on Freedom of Expression as part of his clinical experience with UCI Law’s International Justice Clinic, and research fellow for several law courses. He also earned numerous academic recognitions, including awards for his performance in courses such as Bankruptcy Law, Negotiations, and International Legal Analysis, and participated in various pro bono projects and clinics.
