Biography
Bradley E. Wolf focuses his commercial law and transactional practice on a wide range of secured and unsecured debt financing types, including single lender and syndicated credits, acquisition financing, asset-based lending, leveraged lending, cross-border lending, recapitalizations, working capital loans, subordinated debt, trade finance, transactions involving real estate and first lien/second lien structures, and restructurings and workouts of all such debt financing types.
Brad has significant experience in many industries and types of businesses, including manufacturing, food and other retail products, casinos and gaming, and agricultural businesses. His representative clients include an array of financial institutions, private equity sponsors, lenders, and corporate borrowers.
Prior to joining Blank Rome, Brad served as both a shareholder and partner at leading Am Law 100 firms in their finance and restructuring practices. He also served as in-house counsel at various American multinational financial services companies.
Outside the Firm
Brad enjoys cooking, hanging out with his dogs, Los Angeles Dodgers baseball, and vintage television trivia.
Experience
- Represented an administrative agent, lead arranger, and bookrunner in connection with a $350 million senior secured credit facility to an importer and distributor of natural stones, countertops, landscaping tiles, and porcelain.
- Represented an administrative agent in connection with a $130 million senior secured credit facility to one of North America’s largest private brand marketers and distributors of tires and tire-related products.
- Represented an administrative agent in connection with a $85 million senior secured credit facility to a distributor of manufactured steel products.
- Represented a lender in connection with a $100 million multicurrency senior unsecured credit facility to a leading fashion accessories, footwear, and apparel company.
- Represented a lender in connection with the workout and restructuring of a $150 million senior secured credit facility to a dairy farm.
- Represented an administrative agent in connection with the workout and restructuring of a $225 million senior secured asset-based credit facility to an apparel company.
Affiliations
Brad is a fellow of the American College of Investment Counsel. He previously served on the board of directors (2006–2016) for the Inner City Law Center. He was also a member (2008–2011) of the UCC Committee of the Business Law Section of the California Bar and a member (2018–2020) of the Commercial Transactions Committee of the California Lawyers Association.
