Kevin Bruno serves as co-chair of the Firm’s Energy, Environmental, & Mass Torts practice group. His practice includes environmental and mass tort litigation and compliance counseling to a broad spectrum of industries. Kevin holds multiple leadership positions within the American Bar Association, and is an adjunct professor of environmental law at the Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, New Jersey.

Brett Esber

Brett M. Esber

Brett Esber is a senior partner in the Firm’s maritime practice group, with over 30 years of experience representing companies involved in all aspects of the maritime industry. His clients include shipyards, ship owners and operators, vessel managers and cargo interests, and those who invest in ships. Brett is a past president of the Maritime Administrative Bar Association in Washington, D.C.

Gus Sandstrom

Gus Sandstrom concentrates his practice in employment, ERISA and labor litigation and counseling. He has experience in all aspects of litigation, including case management, discovery, depositions, dispositive motions, oral argument, trials, appeals and settlement. Gus also regularly defends employers against claims filed with the EEOC and state anti-discrimination agencies.

Julia K. Holt

Julia Holt represents individual and corporate policyholders in negotiations, informal disputes, arbitrations, and litigation to maximize their recovery of insurance policy proceeds. Her experience includes significant recoveries under first-party insurance policies for property damage and business interruption loss due to hurricanes and other weather-related events.
