Standing at the Intersection of Robinson Township and Trump: Current Issues in Real Estate Development and Environmental Law

Blank Rome Partners Sophia Lee and Margaret (“Peg”) Anne Hill, along with Associates Stephen C. Zumbrun and Frank L. Tamulonis, will speak at the 2018 Villanova University Environmental Law Journal Blank Rome LLP Symposium, which will be held on February 9, 2018, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., at Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. This year’s symposium topic is Standing at the Intersection of Robinson Township and Trump: Current Issues in Real Estate Development and Environmental Law.

Sophia, Stephen, and Frank will be on the “Robinson Township v. Commonwealth Discussion” panel, which will take place from 9:15 to 10:25.

Peg will participate in a “Discussion on Redevelopment of Environmentally Impacted Properties” from 10:40 to 11:50. Her co-panelists will be Sue McPhedran, Senior Real Estate Development Manager, Mission First Housing, and Darlene L. Heller, Director of Planning and Zoning, City of Bethlehem, PA.

Both panels will be moderated by Todd Aagaard, Vice Dean and Professor of Law, Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.

The panels will be followed by a closing talk by Alex Dews, LEED AP, Executive Director, Green Building United.
