Speech and Political Rights in the Workplace

Blank Rome Partners Caroline Powell Donelan and Howard M. Knee will be guest lecturers for a University of California Los Angeles (“UCLA”) School of Law Employment Law course on Thursday, October 15, 2020, where they will teach “Speech and Political Rights in the Workplace.”
Caroline and Howard will discuss the extent to which section 7 of the National Labor Relations Act protects even non-union employees’ right to criticize management.
