2023 Annual Meeting of Academy of Court-Appointed Neutrals
Blank Rome’s Deborah Greenspan, who serves as partner and co-chair of the firm’s Energy, Environment, and Mass Torts practice group, will be a speaker on two panels for the 2023 Annual Meeting of the Academy of Court-Appointed Neutrals (“ACAN”). This year's meeting will be held March 10-12, 2023, in San Diego, CA, and will focus on the theme of “Meeting the Moment,” covering historic changes in ACAN, the legal profession, and the legal and public landscape.
Deborah, who also serves as the treasurer of ACAN, will hold her first panel discussion, "Meeting the Moment of the Flint Water Case with the Hon. Judith Levy (E.D. Mich.), Presiding Judge," on Friday, March 10, from 3:00 p.m. to 4:15 p.m. PST.
Deborah's second panel discussion, “Meeting the Moment: The MDL Bankruptcy Escape Hatch,” will be held on Saturday, March 11, from 2:45 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. PST.
