Orkila Capital Invests in Recognition Media, LLC
Blank Rome represented Orkila Capital in its approximately $7 million investment in Recognition Media, LLC. Orkila Capital received 26.5% of Recognition Media's equity in the form of preferred equity and special member interests. Existing equity holders received a special distribution of the bulk of the amount invested. The transaction closed on February 13, 2015.
