Blank Rome represented H Licensing, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Xcel Brands, Inc., in the acquisition of the trademarks for the Halston Brand, the Halston Heritage Brand, Roy Frowick Brand, and certain other assets of The H Company IP, LLC in exchange for $8.3M in cash, 777,778 shares of common stock of Xcel and potential earn-out payments of up to $6M.
