Blank Rome Represents DRA Advisors in $205 Million Acquisition of Net-Lease Industrial Portfolio
A Blank Rome team represented DRA Advisors in the $205 million acquisition and financing of Project Apollo, a 3.3 million-square-foot industrial portfolio located in 15 states and consisting of 27 net-leased properties.
This transaction took more than three months to negotiate and close, and presented a number of complex issues, including environmental challenges and substitution of properties.
The Blank Rome team consisted of Ryan Craig, Corey Tarzik, Elaine Scivetti, Saloni Patel, Ross Coe, Leena Ketkar, and Irina Kebreau, with significant input and support from Margaret Hill, Frank Tamulonis, and Sheldon Bender.
