Blank Rome Welcomes New Tax and Trusts & Estates Associates in New York

Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Madison A. Ball and Sara K. Osinski have joined the firm’s New York office in the Tax, Benefits, and Private Client practice group, which recently welcomed associate Kyle G. Durante.

Madison joins Blank Rome as a Tax associate from a Big Four accounting firm. She has notable experience advising companies on issues regarding income and franchise tax, sales and use tax, property tax, employment tax, and abandoned and unclaimed property.

Admitted to practice in New York, Madison received her J.D. from Boston College Law School, and her B.A. cum laude from the State University of New York at Binghamton. During law school, Madison served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Lawrence Kahn in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York, and as a legal intern at the U.S. Department of Labor.

Sara joins Blank Rome as a Trusts & Estates associate from Holm & O’Hara LLP. She has significant experience drafting estate planning and estate administration documents, conducting legal research on estate administration litigation matters, and assisting in preparing formal trust and estate tax documents to be filed with the Surrogate’s Court.

Admitted to practice in New York, Sara received her J.D. from New York Law School, and her B.A. magna cum laude from Bryant University. Prior to joining the firm, Sara interned at Goldman Sachs as an associate in the family office, where she assisted with counseling for ultra-high net worth individuals and families.
