Blank Rome Welcomes New Commercial Litigation Associate in New York

Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Elizabeth V. Young has joined the firm’s New York office in the Commercial Litigation group.

Elizabeth joins Blank Rome from Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. Focusing her practice on commercial and securities litigation in state and federal court, Elizabeth manages discovery for complex matters, including preparing for and taking depositions, arguing discovery and dispositive motions, and engaging in extensive motion practice. She also has notable experience practicing in the New York State Commercial Division, particularly involving Securities Act cases.

Admitted to practice in New York, Elizabeth received her J.D., Magna Cum Laude, Order of the Coif, from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, and her B.A. from Ohio University. During law school, Elizabeth served as an intern at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Ohio and was a managing editor of the Ohio State Law Journal.
