Blank Rome Welcomes Corporate and Securities Associate in Washington, D.C.

Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Simon I. Bord has joined the Firm’s Washington, D.C., office as an associate in the Corporate, M&A, and Securities group, which recently welcomed partners Dean S. Nordlinger (Washington, D.C.), Stacy H. Louizos (New York), and Craig R. Culbertson (Chicago).

Simon joins Blank Rome from Dilworth Paxson LLP. He concentrates his practice on corporate and securities law, counseling private and public companies through all stages of their growth. Simon regularly handles a wide range of transactional and corporate agreements, prepares securities filings with the SEC and state securities regulators, and conducts due diligence in connection with mergers and acquisitions. In addition, Simon represents angel investors seeking to make seed-stage financing investments in emerging growth companies.

Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Simon earned his J.D. from Cornell Law School and his B.S. in Economics and B.A. in Political Science from Pennsylvania State University.
