Melanie Carter Recognized in Philadelphia Business Journal's 2022 Diversity in Business Awards
Blank Rome partner Melanie S. Carter has been recognized in the Philadelphia Business Journal's 2022 Diversity in Business Awards.
Nominated by the public, Melanie is one of 20 individuals named as a 2022 Diversity in Business honoree. This is an annual recognition that highlights "diverse business leaders who have demonstrated success in their respective fields and through philanthropic endeavors." The honorees will be celebrated on August 25, 2022 at a live event in Philadelphia.
At Blank Rome, Melanie concentrates her practice in complex commercial and corporate matters. She has experience counseling clients on a wide range of business issues, such as: corporate litigation and business disputes, including breach of contract, fraud, and other business torts; real estate issues; constitutional litigation; energy litigation; multidistrict litigation; and mass tort litigation. She also regularly represents pharmaceutical companies in national state and federal products liability cases.
