Transactional Law Honor Society Training Session

Blank Rome LLP will host the Transactional Law Honor Society (“TLHS”) for a transactional law training session on Thursday, March 7, 2019, in the Firm’s Philadelphia office. TLHS is an honor society at Widener University’s Delaware Law School, founded by Blank Rome Associate Peter I. Tsoflias.

The session will cover a Stock Purchase Agreement fact pattern that the TLHS members are negotiating as part of the academic competition. Blank Rome attorneys will address issues typically presented in Stock Purchase Agreement, and provide advice on how to negotiate the terms of such an agreement. This type of “real world” experience will prepare members for the TLHS's inaugural member competition. TLHS focuses both on preparing students for this competition and giving students hands on experience in transactional law.
